Generally for any garden tools supplier there are several challenges that he/she may face. Some of them are as follows:-
1. Choosing the right place to store these tools that is the shelving is to be done better. Because the more visible the tools are to the customers the more likely are they to sell and this also increases the chances of impulsive purchase.
2. The space is also an issue while accommodating all the tools as the tools especially the long and heavy duty lawn mowers that requires a lot of space.
3. The long handled tools also requires adequate amount of hanging space and since usually such longer hanging places are present at the back of the store or in a ware house therefore it’s a very big challenge for the garden tools supplier to make such kind of tools visible to the customer. Therefore this reduces the chances for impulsive buying as these are only visible when the customer is specifically looking for them.
4. For gasoline and power garden tools which are generally expensive than the hand tools customers tend to test run the machines as for their satisfaction thus once again a challenge for the garden tool supplier to have enough space where the particular machine can be test run as per the buyer’s recommendation.
